Sesame Seeds

Sesame seeds are tiny, flat oval seeds with a nutty taste and a delicate, almost invisible crunch. They come in a host of different colours, depending upon the variety, including white, yellow, black and red.

Seventy percent of the world's sesame crop is grown in Asia, with Africa growing around 26% of world’s total production.
